Welcome to TheMuzikStore ("the Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our digital and USB music store platform. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To purchase music or access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All digital purchases are final upon download. USB products are physical items and subject to our return policy. You agree not to redistribute, resell, or share downloaded content with third parties.
All music, artwork, and content on TheMuzikStore is owned by the respective artists and labels. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
Artists and labels distributing music through our platform retain full ownership of their content. TheMuzikStore takes a 15% commission on all digital sales. Payouts are processed monthly via the payment method provided.
You may not upload or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or infringes on third-party rights. Violations will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending earnings.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties. All payment information is encrypted and securely processed.
TheMuzikStore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for purchased products.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gqeberha, South Africa.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your USB product with your order number and reason for return.
Pack the item in original packaging and ship to our Gqeberha address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We inspect returned items within 5-7 business days. Approved returns receive a refund to original payment method.
Eligibility: USB products only. Digital downloads are non-refundable.
Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Refund Processing: Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items: Digital downloads, opened USB products, and sale items.
Damaged Items: Contact us immediately with photos for a replacement or refund.
